Oatmeal is often my go to breakfast food. It's a quick and easy whole food meal that will keep you satisfied until lunch.
Directions:
Combine oats, milk and spices. Bring to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
Wash and dice apple. Brown over a small saucepan until softened.
Top oatmeal with diced apple.
