Ingredients:
8 oz Bowtie or medium Shell Pasta, dry, whole wheat
1/4 c Mayo with Olive Oil
1 Large Can Tuna, in water, drained
3/4 c Frozen spinach, chopped, thawed
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Parsley, 2 T Chopped
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water.
Combine with remaining ingredients. If pasta is dry add 1/2 c water.
